Insurance

Our items are very well packaged and we have had very little trouble with breakage ,  for an extra $4.99 (when to total is less $100) or $9.99 (if total is over $100)  you can take out insurance that we will replace items if any breakage occurs. (proof will need to be profided, via photo or if otherwise agreed after the fact.)

Otherwise you will have to seek compensation from the courier or shipping firm.

We use only Australian post.
