Microplane® introduces its expertly engineered and seriously sharp Garlic Slicer featuring an original, made in the USA Microplane blade designed to make prepping garlic into thin slices fast, effortless, and with minimal hand contact.

Creates thin, evenly cut garlic that retains natural oils for optimum flavor. Extremely easy and fun to use, simply remove the lid and place cloves in the large capacity hopper. Place the cover back on top and move the cover back and forth. Within seconds, evenly cut garlic slices fall into the clear-view lower chamber. A removable scraper is integrated into the lid for scraping the bottom of the blade and scooping prepped garlic out of the container.
